Out of the circle-common life

2012

Project is a 50-days long action in the form of people taking care for a common plant. I observe how the trust between the neighbours is handed and treated.Project contain a video document of 45 day transmision flower between neighbours, portable pot for the flower and camera, diaries written during the event by neighbours and video documentation of planting and building a common garden.

OUT OF THE CIRCLE Project is reflecting on the relationship between seniors and young people. It is also reflecting the closed sensitive space in lives of seniors. Through the art form, this project is helping seniors to channel their own personal views on their emplacement in the society.

PART A

50 day proces of taking care in form of one hour document. Video have inner subjectiv view. Video depict transporting, communications and responses of one neighbor to another,but also depict slow grow . Small foto is projection in gallery .

The camera was fastened to the pot. She was used for fast switch on and off camera during the course of transmission from one home to another. Pot contain also diary of flower, in which people reported changes , that occurred in the flowers.They are represented by drawings.People wrote down information about taking care of flower and their interpersonal relationships. Diary contain one page for each neighbour.

PART B
